Steel Tiles or Metal Tiles? What is the difference? What are they?
These are the questions that we are often asked. In fact there is no difference. They are the same thing, just different names. There are more of those: Tin Tiles, Pressed Tiles, Decra Tiles and list goes on.
All of those names describe the same product: steel roofing sheets shaped as tiles, so when you install them the finished roof will look like tiled. However the roof will have all the benefits of a steel roof. Light weight, weather resistance, easy installation and strength. It will not crack under the hail and does not require a heavy frame.
